Our Client Service Specialist is the front line in assisting our clients with their reservation needs.  They assist with every aspect of the reservation including the initial booking, changes/modifications, as well as answering pertinent client questions regarding their transportation. LimoLink is not focused on the number of calls you answer a day or how quickly you process them.  LimoLink’s goal is to deliver a 5 Star experience while building long-lasting relationships with our corporate clientele.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently adapt to answering inbound phone calls, internal questions, email queue’s and other requests simultaneously
  • Handle escalations and client contact during client impacting deviations
  • Process email & integration requests from clients
  • Build long-lasting relationships with client and co-workers
