Command Desk/Logistics Specialist
The Command Desk Team supports our Operations by matching the client’s transportation request with the appropriate vehicle and chauffeur within the respective service market on a global basis. In addition, they are responsible for managing the quality of every reservation.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Perform our quality assurance process
- Dispatching reservations daily to appropriate vendors
- Meet quality expectations
- Build long-lasting relationships with our affiliates
- Identifying and escalating potential issues
- Communicating non-compliance issues to our vendor management team
Candidates must possess:
- Proven vendor and/or customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Prioritization skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attendance record
