Overnight Specialist

Our overnight specialist is responsible for maintaining our operations department during non-traditional hours.  This unique position allows you to work not only with our clients, but also with our vendors to ensure that all aspects of the reservation are handled effectively for our high-end clientele.

Core Responsibilities

Maintaining client and vendor relationships- interacting with vendors from around the world
Working in a challenging, exciting industry. 

Duties include:

• Performing our quality assurance process
• Dispatching reservations to appropriate vendors
• Answering customer calls and entering new customer reservations
• Escalating potential issues

Candidates must possess:

• Proven vendor and/or customer experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Prioritization skills
• Desire to provide high-end customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude
