Command Desk/Logistics Specialist

The Command Desk Team supports our Operations by matching the client’s transportation request with the appropriate vehicle and chauffeur within the respective service market on a global basis.  In addition, they are responsible for managing the quality of every reservation.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform our quality assurance process
  • Dispatching reservations daily to appropriate vendors
  • Meet quality expectations
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our affiliates
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues
  • Communicating non-compliance issues to our vendor management team

Candidates must possess:

  • Proven vendor and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attendance record
