LimoLink's COVID-19 Response

As COVID-19 continues to impact our community, see what measures LimoLink is putting in place in order to keep our customers, our team, and our partners as safe and healthy as possible.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact an increasing number of individuals, communities and families across the world, our top priority remains the health and safety of our customers, our team, and our partners.  

We are still operating and adhering to the latest guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and the federal government.

In addition to these guidelines, we are asking chauffeurs to do the following:

  • Increase vehicle cleanings to multiple times per day, which, at a minimum is between all passenger changes. This includes using Clorox sanitizing wipes or similar product to wipe down all shared surfaces such as handles, power switches, windows and cup holders. 
  • Attempt to remain 6 feet away when outside the vehicle and will not initiate any guest contact.
  • Ask permission before handling your bags and other possessions and will wipe down handles on bags if they are touched.
  • Remove paper products from the seating area (newspapers).
  • Wear a face mask when available.   
  • Make hand sanitizer available for the passenger to use when needed. 

We are well-positioned to continue providing the services our customers count on and we will be proactive and prepared in our response to updated guidelines.
