How long have you been working at LimoLink?
What does your day to day look like?
Every day is a good mix between following up with clients, along with my teammates, to ensure we are doing everything we can to make them both happy. That's on top of the super competitive ping pong matches we play daily...
What is the best thing about your job?
Having the freedom to make every decision about the client's satisfaction. If our customers are happy, we have succeeded.
What is the best thing about LimoLink?
That's easy, it's the people. I walk around the building and see 150+ people that have the same passion and drive that I do. We are a family and it is great to come in every day knowing that we all have each other's back.
What has been one of your proudest moments while working at LimoLink?
I’ve seen LimoLink do some amazing things for their employees and families, all while never wanting any recognition for it. Our owners do not see it as a choice to help someone when we can, it's part of our culture to do so.
When the flood was about to hit Cedar Rapids in 2008, I was telling LimoLink about a friend that lives and owns a business in the flood area. Our CEO told me to take as many colleagues as needed to help my friend and his neighbors prepare for the flood. Watching the company I work for step up in a time of need was a very proud moment.
What do you like to do when you're not in the office?
Spending time with my wife and three kids keeps me pretty busy, but when I have some extra free time I enjoy golfing, volleyball, basketball, and playing with my dogs.
What motivates you?
I've always been motivated by helping others, which is a perfect fit at LimoLink.
What is the one thing you want potential clients to know?
